Ubisoft does it again by turning what’s usually a typical video game launch party into some crazy star-studded Hollywood event. With the help of Xbox 360 and BREAK.com, Ubisoft completely took over West Hollywood’s Skybar to celebrate the launch of the Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands game. No Jake Gyllenhaal. 🙁
And naturally, we had to add a little ASTRO flair to the event.
So at these launch parties, usually it’s got some crappy music playing with hamburger sliders being passed around. Now if you went to any events or parties at GDC this past year, you’d understand why I’d never ever want to even look a a hamburger slider again.
Thankfully our friends at Ubisoft know how to show off a bit by bringing in all the awesome Frag Dolls, hottie mermaids, bad-ass flaming sword fights, and even a bunch of celebrities like Verne Troyer, Ryan Kwanten from True Blood, even the Playboy Playmate twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon.
Most importantly, we brought along a few custom-made Prince of Persia A30 Audio Systems so that all the party-goers and celebs can truly experience the game.
That’s how you rock out. To see some more pics, check out our Facebook Photo Album here!
Now if only Ubisoft can do this kind of shindig for my next birthday…
