The first word that should come to mind when you look at a photo is “teamwork”.
eSports is filled with important moments that deserve to be captured at the professional level for which they compete. Over the years of shooting in the scene I’ve learned to pay attention and capitalize on interactions that catch my eye by always keeping the camera up.
Photography is a combination of awareness, lighting, settings, and style and a that will set you apart from the rest. Adding these elements to your shot list will give more value to the images and a better response from anyone that sees your work.
I enjoy shooting pro players because in the end it’s about them and how far they’ve practiced to compete against the best. The dedication can be seen after each game whether it’s a win or a loss, that’s what the goal of each image should be.
