Ordering
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders will ship within approximately 2 weeks of placing an order, however some orders may take longer to fulfill based on availability of components. Please keep in mind that ASTRO.ID headsets are made to order, which results in an extended processing time.
Q: When will I be charged?
A: Your credit card may be charged one or two business days before your product ships. Please note that you will see an authorization charge (for the amount of your order total) on your credit card statement from the time of purchase until your order ships. If your order contains both pre-ordered and in-stock merchandise, you will see multiple settlements – each charge to represent the cost of the shipped merchandise. If you placed your order through Paypal, you will be charged immediately upon purchase.
Q: How will the charge show up on my credit card?
A: The charge will appear on your credit card as: “DRI*Logitech Store”.
Q: What is the return and exchange policy?
A: Due to the custom nature of the ASTRO.ID program, returns and exchanges are not accepted for ASTRO.ID A40 TR Headsets.
Q: What is the warranty policy?
A: The ASTRO.ID A40 TR Headsets include a one year warranty on defective parts or faulty workmanship during the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, unauthorized product modification, or repairs. Customers located in the United States will receive a pre-paid shipping label to be used to send in items for warranty evaluation and repair. The costs of warranty work and standard return shipping to our customers are also included in the coverage of the warranty.
When available, replacement components will be the same color as the originally ordered ASTRO.ID headset.

A: Designed by you, crafted by ASTRO. With over 90,000 possible combinations, ASTRO.ID is a configurable program that enables expression of your individuality through selection of a variety of component colors for the A40 TR Headset.
Q: Will the ASTRO.ID program be available for other ASTRO products in the future?
A: The A40 TR Headset is the first ASTRO product included in the ASTRO.ID program, which we currently plan to extend to more products in the ASTRO lineup. However, the scope of ASTRO.ID could change in the future.
Q: What is the A40 TR Headset?
A: The ASTRO A40 TR is the premier gaming headset for professional gamers, including esports athletes, content creators and live steamers. It was developed with esports athletes to meet their rigorous standards for audio fidelity, comfort, and durability.

A: No, only the synthetic leather ear cushions and headband are included in the ASTRO.ID program at this time.
Q: How much is an ASTRO.ID Headset?

Q: Why does an ASTRO.ID Headset cost more than a standard A40 TR Headset?
A: The extra cost is associated with the custom nature of ASTRO.ID. Each ASTRO.ID A40 TR Headset is made to order and requires additional handling and processing.
ASTRO.ID A40 TR Headsets additionally include a zippered hard-shell carrying case, and substitute a synthetic leather headband and ear cushions that are not included with a standard A40 TR Headset.
Q: Do ASTRO.ID A40 TR headsets feature ASTRO Audio V2?
A: Yes.
Q: What gaming systems is the ASTRO.ID A40 TR Headset compatible with?
A: The headset is compatible with any 3.5mm-based gaming system, including: Xbox One (through controllers featuring a headset port), PlayStation 4 (through the headset port on the controller), Nintendo Switch, PC, Mac, and mobile devices.
Q: Is the ASTRO.ID A40 TR Headset compatible with a MixAmp?
A: Yes, the ASTRO.ID A40 TR is fully compatible with all models of the MixAmp Pro, MixAmp M80, and MixAmp M60.
Q: Is the ASTRO.ID A40 TR Headset compatible with the C40 TR Controller?
A: Yes, the headset can be connected directly to the 3.5mm headset port on the controller for hi-fidelity game audio and voice chat.
Q: Are ASTRO.ID parts available separately?
A: No, ASTRO.ID components are only available through the ASTRO.ID customizer when placing your initial order.
Q: Are ASTRO.ID components compatible with other A40 TR Headsets?
