In a cold weekend in February, Mike "hastr0" Rufail opened up his gaming house in Greensborough, NC to host The GUNNAR LAN. Pro Gamers from Team EnVyUs and OpTic Gaming were invited out to stay for the weekend and play, practice, and strategize with their fellow gamers with Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. GUNNAR Optics and TwitchTV were the main sponsors of the event and much of the gameplay was live streamed throughout the weekend.
As a new experiment for this year's PAX East, we wanted to capture more of what goes on at PAX and give those who were unable to attend a hands-on view from ASTRO. Throughout the weekend, we had a video crew dedicated to capturing things like our brand new show booth, a YouTube meet up with our Eon team and other YouTube producers, and some of our highlights of games on the floor.
Our photo albums for each day have also been uploaded to our Facebook account.
