It all started with a tweet, as many innocent (and awful) things often do.

When Slick Living CEO Khleo Thomas issued his challenge, he didn’t think anything would come of it.

“I’m beating anybody in Marvel vs. Capcom 2,” he tweeted. Nothing too crazy…well, unless you’re a part of the FGC. Still, no big deal, right?

It was a very big deal. Little did Thomas know when he threw down the gauntlet in such a manner that would attract the legendary Justin Wong to see who could really be crowned victorious. You might recall that he laid the smackdown on the unfortunate folks who unknowingly played him in Guilty Gear Strive for a headset. Oh, and he’s currently the world champion in Marvel vs. Capcom 2. No big deal.

Thomas took a little break from chatting with us to make good on his challenge and sat down with Wong (while wearing a sick Sailor Moon necklace, we see you) to see who, in a real showdown, who would claim the win.

The result? Well, of course we’re not going to tell you here. You’re going to have to watch the entirety of the video to see who can claim ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 2 supremacy. You probably already know the answer, but watch — you might learn a little something about one of the best fighting games of all time.
